Carbon neutral Utz products

Since 2022, all Utz products group-wide are manufactured in climate neutral plants. Together with our partner myclimate, Scope 1 (emissions from sources directly owned or applicable (e.g. operation of machinery or vehicle fleet)) and Scope 2 (emissions from the use of energy we purchase (e.g. own electricity consumption from non-renewable sources, heating, cooling, etc.)) emissions of our carbon footprint are offset by Utz through investments in certified climate projects.

We would like to express our gratitude for your personal commitment to sustainability. The premium Utz items you ordered were manufactured by us in a facility that is climate-neutral, and the finished product will be accredited climate-neutral with your compensation efforts. We work closely with myclimate to assist carbon offset initiatives and cover all of your production and product-related CO₂e emissions. Taking a proactive approach to our responsibilities and contributing to the protection of the environment.
