Cookie Policy

In order for this Internet platform to function properly, we sometimes store small files - called cookies - on your device. This is common on most major websites. Most of the cookies we use on the (B2B-)platform are automatically deleted from your hard drive after the end of the browser session (session cookies).

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit it. This allows the site to "remember" certain inputs and settings (e.g., login, language, font size, text entry in form fields, and other display preferences) over a period of time, so that you do not have to enter the same information again the next time you visit and navigate the website.

How can I control cookies?

You can decide for yourself whether the web server of our internet platform may store cookies on your computer or not. You can control and / or delete cookies as desired. You can delete all cookies stored on your computer and configure most browsers to prevent the storage of cookies. But then you might need to manually re-set some settings every time you visit the website, and you might have limited usability with some features. Alternatively, you could configure your browser to be warned each time before accepting a cookie, or the browser may be set to accept only cookies from certain websites.

How do we use cookies?

We use, for example, web analytics services to generally analyse the use of our internet platform and to provide evidence of how we can improve our service. The web analytics services use cookies to collect data. The information generated thereby (for example IP address and browser type) can be transmitted anonymously to a server of the web analysis service domestic or abroad, where it can be stored and edited.
